Hi, I'm Brian. I run Well and Truly Stuck, a small eBay shop where I make every order myself.

Like a lot of small sellers, I like to thank every buyer personally and let them know what happens next: when their order will be dispatched, how sizing works and what to do if something isn't right. Writing the same message for every order took time I'd rather spend making things.

Why I built it

I wanted something simple: write my message once, and have it sent automatically to each buyer, once, at the right time. I didn't need a big package of extra features, or a monthly bill to match.

So I built SellerThanks myself. It now sends the thank-you messages for my own shop every day, and I've opened it up so other sellers can use it too.

What makes it different

Simple. Three messages, after payment, when dispatched and a feedback reminder, each with its own on/off switch.
Low cost. One plan at £4.99 a month plus VAT, with a 7-day free trial that needs no card. I kept it to a single low price because most small sellers don't need, or want to pay for, the extra features bigger tools bundle in.
Personal. Messages are in your own words, with each buyer's name, what they bought and their tracking number filled in.
Respectful of eBay's rules. Messages go through eBay's own messaging, and buyers' addresses and contact details are never added.
No lock-in. Cancel any time from your dashboard.

Built to be secure

As a seller myself, I wanted to be sure SellerThanks treats your account and your buyers with care:

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details never reach SellerThanks.
Your eBay password is never seen. You connect through eBay's own sign-in, the access key is stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time.
Buyers' details aren't stored. Only eBay order numbers are kept, so nobody is messaged twice.
